A total of 170 member States were represented at the Conference. There were 4,657 persons accredited to the Conference, of whom 4,003 were registered. There were 606 delegates registered, including 321 Government delegates, 134 Employers’ delegates and 151 Workers’ delegates. In addition, 1,991 advisers registered, including 1013 Government advisers, 429 Employers’ advisers and 549 Workers’ advisers.
