The number of member States represented at the Conference was 140. The total number of accredited delegates and advisers was 1,844 and 1,622 registered. There were 499 registered delegates, comprising 255 Government delegates, 120 Employers' delegates and 124 Workers' delegates. In addition, the number of registered advisers was 1,123, comprising 575 Government advisers, 219 Employers' advisers and 329 Workers' advisers.
