Here you find all the items of the collection you have selected in the left panel. You can change the sorting and add extra columns to have at first hand the information that's more meaningful to your work. Different icons identify different types of items: books, articles, etc.
The top menu of the central panel allows you to add new items manually, or by identifier (such as ISBN or DOI). You can also create new notes and add attachments. 
The quick search bar and the button for advanced search are located on the top menu.
The > sign in front of a title indicates that there is an attachment. Double click on the item to see the attachment.
The information on display here is managed and edited on the Right Panel.
